The Work We Do

The Work We Do

Just Love Mission focuses on three principal areas of work, Outreach Programs, Humanitarian Activities and Educational Programs. In all instances, Little Annie takes the lead.

Out Reach Programs

By utilizing Little Annie as the key feature in our various Outreach activities we positively impact quality-of-life matters such as attitude, leadership, ethics and values and cultural enhancement within South African communities.

Our focus is centered on the under-served, under-privileged communities and our programs are tailored for individual requirements and are sponsored through Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives, Government funding, business partnerships and individual donors. We work from the basis of:

  • Children wellness (including basic nutrition and basic health care)
  • Youth wellness and development
  • Leadership development- Special activities related to our outreach objectives Outreach Programs

Humanatarian and Environmental

Just Love Mission constantly seeks to promote human welfare and is actively involved in helping people through aid distribution as well as educating and assisting them to become more self-sufficient in various disciplines such as the production of food. We enjoy and encourage corporate and personal partnerships in the delivery of these services and collaboration with stakeholders and donors are critical components of our outreach programs to poverty-stricken communities. Additionally, we also recognize the unique relationship between humans and nature and therefore actively participate in environment and wildlife conservation programs where possible.

Education

Little Annie is used to promote education through the medium of English (the language of Aviation), Mathematics and Science.

We participate in several inter-active youth development programs and use each opportunity to educate the next generation and thereby help them to be better equipped in pursuing their dreams.

Our “Classroom in the Sky” education program is a unique first-ever concept that will see hundreds of school children per year actively participating in theoretical and experiential learning within the sciences of aviation.

Participant students learn the basics in a highly attractive way using 3D visual technology and relatable fictional hero characters, all of which have been designed to stimulate learning, making the process of learning a fun and interesting activity.

We believe that these tangible learning aids combined with relevant characters and learning interactions make the learning experience more attractive to a wider spectrum of children and enhances the spanning of communication and language barriers.

These barriers are often significant obstacles in the lives of children who are less fortunate in terms of not having had adequate language and communication schooling.
